Your Tasks - What to expect

• Following your onboarding period, you will take ownership of preparing proposals for turbine replacement projects in both new-build and refurbishment (revitalization) projects

• Coordinate internally with Sales, Engineering, Production, and Logistics to align the scope of services offered

• Continuously maintain and optimize the base cost calculation model and support the internal sizing and configuration tool

• Prepare and manage tender and bid submissions

• Provide sales-oriented support to Project Managers throughout project execution

• Monitor market developments and prepare regular reports on changes in customer requirements, products, pricing, and competitor activities

Your Profile - What you bring

• Completed HTL education (Higher Technical College) with a focus on Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a similar technical discipline

• Initial internship experience in Back Office, Sales Support, or Proposal Management is an advantage

• Strong technical understanding and an interest in the hydropower industry

• Independent, accurate, and reliable working style

• Customer-oriented mindset, team spirit, flexibility, and commitment

• Good command of English and German and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are required

We offer a market-compliant gross monthly salary starting from € 3.000,- with a significant overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
