Your Tasks - What to expect

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the international commissioning team

• Planning and coordination of worldwide commissioning activities, including efficient resource and capacity management

• Optimization and standardization of commissioning processes and procedures

• Responsibility for employee training, development, and qualification

• Promotion of knowledge sharing within the team and development of technical expertise

• Support in the cost calculation and estimation of installation and commissioning services

• Close collaboration with Project Management, Engineering, Installation, and customers

• Ensuring successful project execution with regard to quality, safety, schedule, and cost targets

Your Profile - What you bring

• Completed technical education in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a comparable field

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the commissioning of complex industrial plants; experience with hydropower plants is considered a strong advantage

• Several years of leadership experience with technical and/or disciplinary responsibility for teams

• Knowledge of cost calculation and estimation for installation and commissioning services is an advantage

• Strong communication skills combined with a professional presence, negotiation skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working

• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

• International travel willingness (up to 20%)

We offer a market-competitive gross monthly salary starting at EUR 5,000 (full-time basis). This position includes an all-in employment agreement. Depending on your qualifications, expertise, and relevant professional experience, we are willing to offer a higher compensation package.
