Your Tasks - What to expect

• Independently manage and further develop our Integrated Management System (IMS) in the areas of Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health & Safety

• Ensure compliance with and continuous improvement of relevant management systems and standards, particularly ISO 9001

• Take responsibility for corporate waste management and ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements

• Manage and further develop our EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) projects

• Plan, prepare, and support internal and external audits

• Monitor compliance with defined processes and follow up on audit findings, corrective actions, and improvement measures

• Create, maintain, and optimize process descriptions, guidelines, and documentation, including for our international locations

• Train and advise managers and employees on topics related to quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety management

• Manage the company-wide idea management system and promote a culture of continuous improvement

• Proactively identify optimization opportunities and consistently implement improvement measures

Your Profile - What you bring

• Completed education (commercial college, technical college, university of applied sciences, or university degree) with a technical, business, or environmental focus

• At least 5 years of professional experience in quality management, environmental management, occupational health & safety management, or integrated management systems

• Strong knowledge of management systems and their practical application, particularly ISO 9001

• Practical experience in environmental management and a solid understanding of relevant legal requirements

• Additional training or qualifications in quality management, process management, environmental management, or waste management are an advantage

• Experience with process management software, ideally CWA SmartProcess

• A structured, analytical, and independent way of working

• High level of initiative and the ability to independently drive topics and achieve sustainable results.

• Strong communication, consulting, and assertiveness skills

• Excellent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken

• Willingness to travel
