IMS & Process Manager (m/f/d)
You actively shape and improve our IMS, ensuring quality, environmental, and safety standards while driving continuous improvement and supporting our international locations.
Your Tasks - What to expect
Independently manage and further develop our Integrated Management System (IMS) in the areas of Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health & Safety
Ensure compliance with and continuous improvement of relevant management systems and standards, particularly ISO 9001
Take responsibility for corporate waste management and ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements
Manage and further develop our EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) projects
Plan, prepare, and support internal and external audits
Monitor compliance with defined processes and follow up on audit findings, corrective actions, and improvement measures
Create, maintain, and optimize process descriptions, guidelines, and documentation, including for our international locations
Train and advise managers and employees on topics related to quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety management
Manage the company-wide idea management system and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Proactively identify optimization opportunities and consistently implement improvement measures
Your Profile - What you bring
Completed education (commercial college, technical college, university of applied sciences, or university degree) with a technical, business, or environmental focus
At least 5 years of professional experience in quality management, environmental management, occupational health & safety management, or integrated management systems
Strong knowledge of management systems and their practical application, particularly ISO 9001
Practical experience in environmental management and a solid understanding of relevant legal requirements
Additional training or qualifications in quality management, process management, environmental management, or waste management are an advantage
Experience with process management software, ideally CWA SmartProcess
A structured, analytical, and independent way of working
High level of initiative and the ability to independently drive topics and achieve sustainable results.
Strong communication, consulting, and assertiveness skills
Excellent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel

We offer a competitive gross monthly salary starting at €4.000,-. This position is offered on an all-in employment agreement. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, a higher salary is possible.
