Your Tasks - What to expect

• Overall responsibility for the preparation and coordination of proposals in the field of electromechanical engineering

• Act as the central interface between Sales, Engineering, and customers, ensuring the strategic alignment, completeness, and timely submission of proposals

• Continuous development and optimization of the base costing model as well as maintenance of the internal sizing and dimensioning tool

• Preparation and management of tenders and technical bids

• Conduct market and competitor analyses and provide regular reporting on relevant developments
  

Your Profile - What you bring

• Completed technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in one of the above-mentioned disciplines, preferably in technical sales, project engineering, or bid management

• Independent, precise, and responsible working style

• Strong customer focus combined with excellent communication and teamwork skills

• High level of initiative, flexibility, and solution-oriented thinking

• Advanced MS Office skills

• Good command of German and English, both written and spoken

We offer a market-compliant gross monthly salary starting from € 3.500,- with a significant overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
