ERP Manager/ Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d)
As an ERP Manager / Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d), you will take on a key role in the continuous development, optimization, and rollout of our unified ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
F-Energies GmbH is a holding company owned by the Frizberg family. In addition to Global Hydro Energy GmbH in Upper Austria, which is a leader in the field of hydropower technology, Hereschwerke GmbH in Styria offers complete solutions for electrical and building systems engineering.
Your Responsibilities
Take responsibility for the further development and optimization of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system at Global Hydro in Austria, followed by its step-by-step implementation across our international locations
Continuously analyze, review, and optimize business processes and align them with the ERP system to increase efficiency and standardization
Act as the interface between key users and external process consultants
Support and contribute to digitalization projects related to the ERP system
Your Profile
Completed university degree or equivalent qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in project management related to the implementation and/or enhancement of ERP solutions, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Strong knowledge of Business Central or comparable ERP systems
Willingness to travel internationally
Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken

For the advertised position, a minimum monthly gross salary starting from € 4.500,- applies. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to pay above this amount.
