Mechanical Design Engineer (m/f/d) – Entry-Level Position for HTL Graduates

You’ve completed your technical college education and want to turn your ideas into reality? Then you’re in the right place: We offer you the perfect entry into mechanical design.

Your Tasks - What to expect

  • Implement customer projects with practical design solutions
  • Create components and assemblies in 3D/2D using CAD software, considering laws, standards, guidelines, and internal specifications
  • Develop designs suitable for manufacturing and assembly, optimizing for cost, deadlines, and quality
  • Perform calculations and basic design of components
  • Contribute to CE conformity declarations and prepare technical documentation

Your Profile - What you bring

  • Completed education in mechanical and plant engineering (technical college)
  • Relevant internships in design are an advantage
  • CAD skills (Solid Edge or similar)
  • Independent working style with awareness of cost, deadlines, and quality, plus analytical and structured thinking
  • Team player with motivation for further development
  • Good command of English

We offer a market-based gross monthly salary of €3,250. Start dates available from January 2026.
