Your Tasks - What to expect

• Lead and support assigned employees in implementing welding instructions
• Organize and allocate staff, create shift schedules, and conduct safety training
• Manage tools, perform quality control (including weld seam inspection), and ensure compliance with EHS standards
• Assist with procedure tests and provide technical advice on selecting suitable welding methods and materials
• Assemble and weld runners and welded components, ensuring efficient use of automated welding systems
• Collaborate closely with production, quality assurance, and external inspection bodies

Your Profile - What you bring

• Completed technical education (apprenticeship/technical college) in steel construction, plus qualification as Welding Supervisor (IWS) or International Welding Engineer (IWE)
• At least 10 years of professional experience in steel construction, especially stainless steel welding and component inspection, preferably in an industrial environment
• Several years of leadership experience
• Valid welding certifications according to EN ISO 9606-1 (TIG and MAG)
• Assertive and well-organized personality with a strong sense of responsibility

For the advertised position, a minimum monthly gross salary of €4,000 applies. Depending on qualifications and experience, we are willing to pay above this amount.
