Your Tasks - What to expect

• Responsibility for managing international plant construction projects and leading an intercultural team
• Planning project timelines and monitoring schedules for all project phases, including engineering and delivery
• Monitoring quality, costs and deadlines throughout the project lifecycle
• Acting as the interface between customers and internal departments for all project-related requirements
• Defining execution documents and preparing technical purchasing specifications
• Regular reporting to management and customer communication

Your Profile - What you bring

• Completed technical education (HTL, FH, University) in the field of mechanical engineering, plant engineering or similar
• At least 10 years of experience in project management, ideally in an international environment
• Strong understanding of business management principles and confident handling of contractual matters
• Experience in leading project teams
• Knowledge of project management methods and tools, such as MS Project
• High level of self-responsibility, initiative, communication skills and assertiveness
• Willingness to travel (worldwide) – approx. 20%
• Very good English and Geman skills, Russian is an advantage

We offer a market-compliant gross monthly salary starting from € 4,700 with a significant overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
