Your Tasks - What to expect
- Market Development & Customer Support: Acquire new customers and strategically expand existing business relationships within your assigned international sales region.
- Strategic Revenue Responsibility: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets, including budget responsibility for your sales territory.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Convince decision-makers with your solid technical knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and solution-oriented approaches.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor the market, identify new trends, and derive measures to strengthen our market position.
Your Profile - What you bring
- Education & Experience: Completed technical or commercial studies (University/University of Applied Sciences), ideally with an additional business qualification
- International Sales Experience: Several years of experience in international sales, preferably in the hydropower or plant engineering sector.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in leading and developing international teams
- Personal Strengths: High self-motivation, entrepreneurial thinking, and excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Language Skills: Very good English skills; additional languages are a plus
- Flexibility & Willingness to Travel: International travel is a natural part of your work

We offer an annual gross salary starting from € 70,000 plus performance-based bonuses. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we are willing to offer overpayment. A company car is provided, which may also be used for private purposes.
