Your Tasks - What to expect

• Organization and coordination of international transports
  
• Independent preparation and processing of export-related documents as well as ensuring compliance with export regulations
  
• Handling of payment security instruments (letters of credit, bank guarantees) and their processing in coordination with banks
  
• Communication and collaboration with international customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and banks
  
• Procurement processing including demand planning, supplier selection, deadline monitoring, and complaint management
  
• Administrative support, system maintenance, master data management, and order processing in accordance with applicable purchasing processes
  
• Verification of order confirmations and invoices as well as cost control, monitoring, and, if necessary, re-tendering of logistics services

Your Profile - What you bring

• Completed commercial education (e.g., HAK/HBLA or apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on forwarding, logistics, or customs)
  
• Alternatively, a technical education (HTL) with relevant professional experience in logistics and export
  
• Initial practical experience in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics is an advantage
  
• Structured working style and strong organizational skills
  
• Good command of English; an additional foreign language is an advantage

We offer a market-compliant gross monthly salary starting from €2,688.69 (fulltime-basis) with a significant overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
