Your Tasks - What to expect

  • Welcoming and assisting customers on-site and handling phone inquiries in German and English
  • Organizing business trips, including visa arrangements
  • General secretarial tasks (e.g., scheduling appointments, managing the central email inbox, handling incoming and outgoing mail)
  • Preparing presentations and documents
  • Supporting the organization of events


Your Profile - What you bring

  • Completed commercial education (HAK, HLW, or equivalent in the commercial field)
  • Initial experience in front office work is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Structured and reliable working style
  • Good command of German and English, both written and spoken

Our salary basis is defined by the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry. We offer a market-based gross monthly salary starting at €2,668.69 (full-time basis). Depending on qualifications and experience, we are willing to pay above this amount.
